Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

10 Alternating One Arm Dumbbell Squat Snatches (pick weight)
50 Double Unders
100m Run
* If people can not do it in one fluid movement, they can power snatch the weight and then OHS (but that would not be considered RX)

Result: 3 + 10 DB Snatches @ 30 lbs. (First two sets DU, Last one Singles)
