Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

100m Run
40 Double Unders
10 Air Squats
100m Run
40 Double Unders
20 Air Squats
100m Run
40 Double Unders
30 Air Squats

*Keep adding 10 air squats every round until time expires *Scores will be written as Rounds and Reps completed. For example, if someone completes the round of 30 Air squats and then gets 100m Run and 20 DU, their score is 3 + 22 (100m Run = 2 reps + 20 DU).

Result: 4 + 2 Rx
