Complete as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes of:

10 Handstand Push-ups
10 Kettlebell Swings (M:53#/W:35#)
10 Box Jumps (M:24″/W:20″)
*Your goal during the second AMRAP is to tie or beat your score in the first AMRAP.

Result: 2+9 and 2+6
