Rest 2 minutes, then…..

Complete as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes of:

10 Goblet Squats (M:53#/W:35#)
10 Pull-ups
*Sub for pull-ups is jumping pull-ups.

Result: 3 + 15 and 3 + 1 Rx
