7 Front Squats (M:145#/W:100#)
11 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
Rest 3 minutes, then….

150 Double Unders for time
*4 minute time cap on double unders.

Result: 4 rds @ 135 lbs.
Single Unders Capped at 412
