“DEATH BY BURPEE”

Start a 20 minute clock. Do one burpee the first minute. Two burpees the second minute. Three burpees the third minute, etc.
*Continue until you fail to do the prescribed amount of burpees within the minute timeframe. Once you fail, take the following minute off, then do 5 burpees a minute until the 20 minute clock expires.

Result : 14 + 13
