Complete the following for time:

10/8/6/4/2 Front Squat (M:185#/W:125#)
*Follow each set with 3 Bar Muscle-ups and 100 m run.

15 minute time cap.
Sub for Bar Muscle-up. 1 Bar Muscle-up = 5 Pull-Ups + 5 Dips

Result : CAP (7 Pull-Ups + 5 Dips)
