Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:

7 Dumbbell Front Squats (pick weight)
7 Burpees

Rest 3 minutes, then….

Run 400m for time.

*Post two scores.

Result:
7 rounds + 2 Front Squats @ 35 lbs
